http://ping.fm/uQ4PC make the most of people, knowledge, services & yourself

From Cyberphobe to Cyberbabe in 5 simple steps

The internet, Tweeting, Blogging, and so many more are amazing tools but oh so scary..... Having taken the inital step to sign up for accounts what do you do?, how do you do it? STOP RIGHT THERE!!!

Firstly READ, READ, READ, take time and look at what people are saying, there is a huge amount of fantastic FREE information out there.

Secondly Find somebody that you can connect with and like their style, presentation and feel you can work with. I followed Zoe de Luca on www.markandzoe.com her visual presentations of social marketing are clear. simple and step by step. Which I needed being a total technophobe. You can put them on hold while you set up accounts and she introduces you to loads of time saving sites along with good practice guides.

Thirdly Find leaders in the field and lsiten, watch, read, be a sponge and follow in their footsteps. Don't try to run before you walk, a little concentrated effort everyday will pay big dividends

Fouthly Practice, practice & more practice...... this will improve confidence & knowledge, if you tell 10 people they hear it once and you hear it 10 times, believe in what you are doing and you are the right person to be doing it.

Fifthly Share with others as much as possible, if it helped you it could be just what they are looking for.....

Answers to the 5 Biggest Reasons why people don´t achieve any permanent weightloss

I get asked many times the same questions about why people yo yo diet or shift a few pounds only to put them and more back just as quickly.

1. Set realistic goals, nobody is going to lose 70lbs in 3 weeks,5 you did not put that on in three weeks either!!! Don´t expect miracles or magic wands, set your first target of 5lbs, when you achieve that set your nexct one, little steps achieve a lot

2. Take your promises to yourself - seriously. If you arranged to meet a friend, or a meeting at work, you would be there, but somehow you find it easier to break a promise to yourself

3. Banish the fat or ugly photos, place around the house, on the fridge by the front door on the badthroon mirror photos of yourself that you like and what to looklike again

4. Put a dress, skirt, trousers or bikini that you want to get into and hang it on the front of the wardrobe so you have a visual prompt to help you see yourself wearing it

5. Banish the scales, weighing in once a week is enough, perferably on the same scales at the same time of day, wearing the same clothes, but measuring is important too, bust/chest, waist, hips, right and left thighs and knees

Get your head into gear and the body will follow to see what I achieved visit www.weightlosswellbeing.net
