Strength of Mind

When we think about being an entrepreneur or working from home, the idea is sometimes scary and the financial worries can keep our adventurous spirit at bay.

One thing is without any doubt any home based business or entreprenurial effort needs more than any other skill is as strong mind. This is not to say blinkered or narrow minded views, as the learning curve for anyone in business is very steep. The ability to be taught and to learn from people who have trod the path before us, can save many heartaches and a lot of money.

There is no security in any job now, not even in pensions, investments can go down as well as up! So, building a solid base for your older years is more of a must now than ever before. People are living longer and there is no possible way that in the decades to come that the State will be able to foot the bill.

Whatever your age, or educational level, working from home and the internet has leveled the playing field, if you put the time in you will reap your rewards, if you tread it like a hobby you will get pocket money.

Your strongest most valuable asset is YOU, what you have done, how you live and what you can do to help others. Your belief in yourself and your ability to learn, progress and achieve is paramount. There will be loads of people out there to burst your bubble, lay on the scare tackticks, you have to be strong in your belief of what you want and why to overcome the barriers.

Don't forget you are in good company, every single person who has achieved anything, has stuck to their beliefs when everyone else has doubted. There is not a single successful entrepreneur or business person that started at the top, they worked at it, struggled and achieved.

So, the next time that niggling doubt pops in, or a negative comment lands on your ears, stoke up the fire of self belief and warm yourself on the knowlege that the view from the top is great, it is worth every step to get there.

I am no different, you can see more about my journey on www.lindasage.com Then let me know what you think!
