New Era

Monday 20th September, 2010 dawns, a little darker in the morning now and cooler during the night.  The pressure of the past three months released like a valve as today is D Day!!

My spree of online webinars, training, listening, reading and the frustrations of copy, pasting, searching and writing come to an end (well ok a pause). Working 12 to 16 hr days, starting at stupid o'clock in the morning and ending when the eyes can no longer focus!

My head has been at bursting point many times, wondering "what the hell am I doing?" only to remember just why, then knuckle down once again.

Being an entrepreneur, working from home or self employed, the title is really irrelevant; it means YOU are your own boss, you want freedom and are willing to do whatever to be better off financially and psychologically, to be out of the rat race.

People have romantic notions about entrepreneurs, they work a couple of hours a day and get a full time income, they make a million pounds working out of their garage, they travel the world and drink champagne!   Ok yes, many of them do, but there are hundreds of thousands that are normal hard working people, but they have the chance to climb the latter and be one of the elite group; where as employees are not even on the ladder!
Profits are better than wages a lesson well learnt from Jim Rohn but it takes, guts, effort, determination, dedication and motivation to be the lone salmon swimming up river!

Saying that....D Day launches my new website, press a button and the whole world can see me, ok well they can if they were looking!!!, all that work to climb a huge mountain, only then to be met with the next one......how to get traffic to the site!

No body said it would be easy and no body said it would be instant, even though there are hundreds of incredible income stories out there.  Keeping going is the only guarantee to getting into that elite club. One step after the next, one achievement after another, one sale after another.  If you can do 1, you can do 10, if you can do 10, you can do 100, if you can do 100, you can do 1000, then there is no reason to stop!

The only way this will not happen is if you give up, or throw in the towel.  But once you have had that taste of success no matter how small, do you want to go back to a "job". For me that is a definate NO, so I will be climbing my next mountain of getting my ranking down and my visability up.
If you would like to have a look at the new site just click and hey presto, welcome to Linda Sage Mentoring
