Live Your Dream

I have a set routine every morning, as soon as my feel touch the floor I am thankful for a new day. My weights are by the bed so I grab them and do 3 reps of 10 curls, lifts and lateral lifts. From the to the bathroom and whilst I clean my teeth I go through all the great things and people I have in my life.

By the time I get to the kitchen I am feeling, fired up for the day and very awake, I still prepare my delicious Cappuchino shake with soya milk, but like it really cold so it goes into the freezer for about 30 mins.

During that time I have a couple of mugs of hot water, I set out my agenda for the day before I shower, make the bed and get dressed. By the time I have my breakfast shake I am sitting in my office ready for work. But when I was getting my daughter up and out to school, or at the time of caring for both my elderly parents, my routine still ensured that my health, my energy, and my business are all wrapped up into my daily regime, it is a way of life. No matter what I am doing, I don't have a diet, nor do I have a job.

I prioritize and work my system, the nutrition is the best fast food in the world and the business I can work when and where I want. I don't miss my boss, nor booking holidays months in advance, no clocking in and out either. But you do need ongoing routines, if I only did this one day it would not make much difference, but doing it day by day, suddenly it is not hard or complicated and the results follow.

Each day people dream of freedom, I live that dream every day.
